At Matita’s Cleaning Service, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality, reliable cleaning services for every client. Because our work is based on time, labor, and supplies, we do not offer cash refunds — however, we always aim to make things right if an issue arises.
1. Service Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will:

Schedule a free re-clean of the affected area, or
-
Offer a service credit toward a future cleaning, depending on the situation.
Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a re-clean or credit.
2. Deposits
Some bookings may require a deposit to hold your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

If you cancel before that time frame, we can transfer your deposit toward a future booking.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service may incur a fee or result in forfeiting your deposit.

If our team arrives at your location and cannot gain entry, this will be treated as a no-show and may result in a partial charge.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your cleaning without penalty. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in rare cases, such as:

Duplicate charges or billing errors

Service cancellations made by Matita’s Cleaning Service due to unforeseen circumstances
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
